Brian"Bunker" Ingrams wife was diagnosed with cancer last year. She has now been accepted and is being sponsored by the American Cancer society for her surgery that is to be performed at Duke University. At the time of her diagnosis, she was let go from her work because she was missing too much time and lost her health care. Shortly afterwards, she was diagnosed with her cancer.
the American Cancer society has taken up her cause and she is now accepted and her surgery is being sponsored by them less a 10% deductible. the surgery will not be performed by Duke until she has raised the money to cover this. In an attempt to assist her raise this money so she may have the surgery as soon as possible. (The sooner she has it the better her chances) We are dedicating this game on her behalf, with the proceeds going to the family to assist in covering the dedcutible.
This is team SoVa's regularly scheduled American Cancer Society game. Any and all assistance you may lend is deeply appreciated.
